What I'm Loving Wednesday.

Ahh, Wednesday. Right now, I'm loving:

That our first C-squad game is TODAY. It's also our penultimate C-squad game. Don't you just love that? A two-game season? Because I do. Today's game promises to be extremely painful in its abundance of chaos and under-abundance of scoring.

That today is a big day for a college friend from my education methods group.

From Pinterest (find me here)

This Kid President video. His pep talk is amazing. Have you watched this yet? Because if you haven't, you're behind. Watch it. Now. (He has other videos, too! I love Kid President!) Also, my eighth graders would agree with KP on this: "Not cool, Robert Frost!" We're not such fans of him in eighth grade.

But I DO also love Space Jam.

There are some serious gems from this kid's videos. Like this.

And this.

This recipe for oatmeal banana muffins that's easily gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats.

This recipe for lightened baked potato boats. Delicious-looking.

This takes me back to my time on Science Olympiad in high school. Also my time as the first-ever (and last-ever) Science Olympiad cheerleader. See picture below. I used to be skinny.

Anyway, that's what I'm loving today on this first Wednesday of February. What are you loving today?
